Every piece is covered by a 5-year structural frame warranty from the date of delivery.
What's covered
Joints, frames and structural integrity under normal household use, including joints loosening, frames cracking and drawers failing structurally.
What's not covered
Normal wear, natural movement and colour change in timber, damage from direct sun, water or heat, and misuse or alterations.

Send a photo of the issue with your order number. Our care team responds within 48 hours and arranges a repair visit where needed.
